Yes, we are proud warrior,
we did fight for our own language (1952), for our own land, (1971) our own freedom,
for our own democracy (1990), and we did fight several times in many occasions
whenever we had to stand in our history, after 1990 it seems nations are not
moving, they are not concerned about their right or vote or they are not simply
interested about any protest. The concept was wrong, Bangladesh young generation
just came back in right mood now to prove their inherited protesters blood,
Although independent Bangladesh had to wait for 42 years to stand against the
collaborator who were engaged killing innocent Bengali, rape innocent women and drawn a heinous plan to eliminate the Bengali
intelligentsia to destroy the backbone of a nation in 1971 during the independence
war.
 Yes, we are
talking about ‘Shahbag  movement’
which is not any political movement it is simply a movement by our youngsters
, our general people , our housewives , our students  to remove the  black spot
from the international crime tribunal by rejecting the verdict and by
asking for  capital punishment  for Abdul Quader Mollah who are already accused
of  war time crime . The shahbag movement started in February the
5th 2013 as soon as the verdict was announced after a long waiting
trial .The young generation started protest against the verdict as in Bangladesh
the capital punishment always exist for any kind of murders whereas mullah was
involved mass killing .So it is assumed there must be a political negotiation
between the government and the collaborators party which can not be accepted.

Since the
independence of Bangladesh it was general people demanded to give the
punishment for collaborators of Bangladesh to show the respect of or martyrs
who gave their life to bring the independent of the country. It should have
been untold promise to martyrs to give the punishment to collaborators by
political parties, but it was shamefully noticed   that Bangladeshi politician literally shook the
hand of those collaborators in different situation even did the coalitions to
make the government to reach the power. In 1991-1992 the "Shaheed
Janani" (Mother of Martyrs) ‘Jahanara imam’ first organized “Ghatok-Dalal Nirmul Committee (Committee to exterminate the Killers and
Collaborators)”.  In 1991-1994 although
BNP was in power they never took any action to give punishment to those
traitors as usual. It was more pathetic when Awami government did coalition
with the ‘Jamathi islami’ who’s main (Amir) was detected as main criminal of
the Bangladesh freedom war .After long promise breaking history Awami league
government finally pleaded to younger generation to give their vote in 2009
election by promising the real punishment of traitors.
